We also have themes. They aren't weekly or monthly themes, we talk about our theme for however long the children are interested. We are currently talking about: All About Me and My Family, the letter A, the number 1, the star, and the color orange.

We have a range of activities for each theme, art projects, sensory projects, and writing journal projects. We also do assessments on the children twice a year. Once in the fall/winter and spring/summer.
